I would highly recommend Warren to assist you in Buying or Selling your home. He was very Professional, Patient, Knowledgeable and Experienced and helped us to find the right property to buy in Sylvan Lake. He also assisted us in selling a home in Sylvan Lake and due to his excellent write up on MLS of our property we were able to sell our home within a few days of listing. Best realtor we have ever used!!

Our agent Warren Hansen, in my opinion, is the top realtor in Central Alberta. I have purchased many homes over the past 20 years and have had other realtors. Once I met Warren I could see how he stood out from the rest. My gf and I have commented many times how pleased we are with Warren and how professionally he always conducts himself. We recommend him as often as possible.

I would give more stars if I could. Warren is incredible! I had a rental property in Sylvan Lake. I contacted Warren while the property still had tenants and he helped me huge by collaborating with my property management company to ensure the property was vacant and ready for sale as soon as possible. The listing looked great and there were multiple showings immediately. We had a pending sale within 2 days. As I live out of town, I was unable to tend to the property myself. As the property was vacant, I had to cover its costs until it sold. Warren provided value by handling tasks on my behalf and selling the property quick. In the end, he saved me money. Look no further. Warren is a great choice and a pleasure to work with.
